Profi Filter allows your customers to filter products in category by attributes, manufacturer, options and price. You can set shown filters in store settings. Filterable attributes, namufacturers and options can be set in administration as well. Attribute values can be shown as checkboxes or slider. Products are loaded via AJAX. Active filters are shown in the bottom and can be cleared one-by-one or all-at-once.
NEW FEATURE:
In main store settings you can set character(s) using which attribute values will be splitted and treated as separate values (e.g.: product with attribute value "blue;yellow" will be found when searching for "blue" or "yellow"). For OpenCart version 1.5.5 and later.
NEW FEATURE:
Added possibility to filter only products in stock (quantity >= minimum). Can be enabled/disabled in store settings. For OpenCart version 1.5.5 and later.

Installation
Always backup your files and database before installing any modification to prevent loosing your data!
- Choose directory corresponding to your OpenCart version
- Upload file install.php into root directory of your OpenCart e-shop.
- In your browser go to page http://<YOUR STORE URL>/install.php. If everything goes well you will see text message about successfull instalation.
- Upload files from directory new into root directory of your OpenCart installation via FTP client

Update OpenCart files. There are three ways to do this:

use vQmod
- upload file ProfiFilter.xml into vqmod xml directory

overwrite files
- copy files from directory changed to your OpenCart root directory via FTP client and let it overwrite existing files
- use this method only if you have not altered any of files listed below

alter files manually
- go through all files in directory changed and make corresponding changes in files of your OpenCart installation
- added, changed or deleted files are marked with text // PROFI_FILTER

Add texts into your language files
- extension comes with english language file only. Phrases for any other language need to be added manually

If you use custom template, you have to alter its files manually
- extension can alter only default template, you have to make corresponding changes in you custom template
